If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, the matter may be escalated through appropriate legal channels. By using vdtk1, you agree that any claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action. Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other regions of Bangladesh are subject to these same terms.
